As an experienced therapist my approach is Integrative, this means the therapy I offer is tailored to you drawing on different types of therapy to meet your specific needs and expectations.
We know life presents so many challenges, particularly in the uncertain times we currently face.
Ask yourself, do you ever feel like your thoughts and feelings are consuming you, controlling you rather than you controlling them? It doesn't have to be this way, try asking yourself are you being who you want to be or are you being who you want others to see and is this hard work?
You may have experienced a bereavement, a relationship break down, infidelity, or be part of an affair and need to talk things through. Are you suffering with anxiety and/or depression, you could be coming to terms with addiction or just need to make sense of life. Whatever you are experiencing that keeps you from feeling a sense of calm, therapy is a way for you to see and experience life differently.
I offer a professional, non-judgemental, empathic counselling relationship. I believe successful therapy is in the relationship between the client and the therapist where there is trust, openness and the opportunity to explore your whole self in a space where you can feel safe and brave to talk.
