Life presents so many challenges, particularly in the uncertain times we currently face. Whatever you are experiencing that keeps you from feeling a sense of calm, therapy could be a way for you to see and experience life differently.
I offer a professional, non-judgemental, empathic counselling relationship. I believe successful therapy is in relationship between the client and the therapist where there is trust, openness and the opportunity to explore your whole self in a space where you can feel safe to talk.
